In class

The Track Motion panel, tracking position / scale / rotation, applying tracks to a layer and stabilising shaky footage with Warp Stabilizer — then the 3D Camera Tracker, planar tracking with the free Mocha AE, and match-moving text or objects onto a moving shot.

In-class exercise

Exercise 8 · Lock & Match-Move — Track a feature to attach a graphic and stabilize a clip, then match-move text into a moving shot with the 3D Camera Tracker.
